10th RVSC General Bd -Annual Picnic, Roth Home SML, 2 pm sports, 4 pm Meeting, 5:30 Dinner
18th – St.-Lo – Bastille Day Picnic/covered dish, 5 p.m. Shelter # 4.
19th – Wonju - Roanoke (5) exchange students & chaperone (Dr. Mulligan) leave for Wonju, Korea.
29- 31st -SCI Annual Meeting, Albuquerque, New Mexico- Jack Tompkins, RVSC Rep.

August: 2010
1st – Florianopolis annual picnic. Mill Mt. Picnic Shelter, 4- 6:30 p.m. (Rain date 8-15)
4th - Wonju - Roanoke exchange (5) students and chaperone return from Korea.
7th –St. Lo intern departs.

October: 2010
12th – Kisumu- general meeting, Main Roanoke Library, Tuesday, 6:30 p.m.
24 thru Nov. 8th (below) Arts Council of Blue Ridge + RVSC:“Contemporary International Art Exhibition”- Juried Installations by RVSC Artists. Roanoke Civic Center/ Special Events Center.
26th – Florianopolis – “Coral Encantos” [www.coralencantos.com.br] Sacred & secular choral music. Hollins Univ., DuPont Chapel, 7:30 p.m. Post-program reception, Hollins’ “Green Room.” Additional sponsor: Virginia Partners of the Americas
